Log Homes of Virginia and Diligent Construction Company offer several construction options:
TURNKEY CONSTRUCTION:
To make the process worry-free for you, all of the construction-related tasks from start to finish, including obtaining the permits, will be handled by Diligent Construction Company. All you will need to do is to choose the design of your future log home and we will make it become a reality.
SHELL CONSTRUCTION:
For those who would like to participate in the construction process hands-on, we offer an option of constructing the shell up to the shingles (including site prep work, foundation, electric and plumbing). You then will finish your dream log home at your own pace.
DRY-IN OPTION:
For owner-builders who prefer to manage the construction project themselves, we offer an option of drying-in your log home on your foundation up to the shingles.
